1. About the service
Daftar Kado helps you collect gift ideas, create a registry, share one link, and let guests mark gifts they plan to prepare. Daftar Kado is not a store, payment provider, delivery service, or seller of gifts.
2. Accounts and registries
You are responsible for keeping access to your account and registry link secure. Information you provide should be accurate and should not infringe another person's rights.
By creating a registry, you allow Daftar Kado to store and display that information according to the settings you choose, including on a public page you share.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful, reasonable purposes. Do not use Daftar Kado to deceive, impersonate someone, share illegal or harmful content, disrupt the service, or attempt to access another user's data.
4. Store links and product information
A registry may include links to third-party stores or services. Prices, availability, specifications, promotions, payment, delivery, returns, and after-sales service are governed by the relevant store's policies.
Some recommendation links may include a marker from a store partner. This helps us maintain and develop Daftar Kado without adding to the price you pay. It does not change how we assess a gift's fit and does not guarantee a product's quality or availability at that store.
5. Gift reservations
A reservation is a guest's indication of intent, not a purchase or payment guarantee. Guests and registry owners remain responsible for arranging purchase, payment, delivery, and any needed communication.
Reservations have no time limit. Only the registry owner or a buyer with the private management link can cancel a reservation to make the gift available again. We work to show current status but cannot guarantee that duplicate gifts will never happen.
6. User content
You keep your rights to titles, messages, photos, and other information you add. You confirm that you have permission to use it. You give Daftar Kado a limited license to process, store, and display that content so the service can operate.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it may be affected by maintenance, outages, feature changes, or dependencies on other providers. Daftar Kado is provided as-is to the extent allowed by applicable law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be shown on this page. We may also limit or end access when needed for security, compliance, or a violation of these terms.
